Our estate extends for about five hectares, which are cultivated with olive trees, grape-vines, vegetables and meadows. We produce a very fine, particularly delicate and perfumed olive oil, which has a low level of acidity, and a well structured, pleasant and rich in aroma red wine. Moreover, our kitchen garden produces an abundant variety of veggies according to the season. All our productions follow natural procedures, like organic manures which comes directly from our estate, rotations and fallows.
