Our geographic position is absolutely exceptional: we are close to Florence , the world-wide renowned cultural centre, just 6 km far from the city center . In front of the house there is a bus stop, which takes to the city center every 20 minutes.

To reach us is very easy with any means of transport:

By bus: From Florence Santa Maria Novella train station catch the bus n. 28 at the stop called "Stazione pensilina toraldo" and get off at the stop called "Gramsci 05" (about 25 min ride): you ar already in Sesto Fiorentino. From the same stop take the bus n. 18 and get off at the stop called "Cafiero 01" (5 min ride): the entrance of the Villa is in front of you, on your right side. You can buy the ATAF ticket (€1.2 one ride or €4 four rides) inside of the station at the "Tabacchi shop" or any other Tabacchi shop and we are always available to give you the schedule of the bus, please ask for details. By train: From Florence Santa Maria Novella train station take the train to Sesto Fiorentino, ( less than 15 min ride) and we will be glad to come to pick you up at the train station. We are available also to give you the schedule of the train, please ask for details. You can buy the train ticket to Sesto Fiorentino (€1.10 one way) inside of the Florence station at the "Tabacchi shop" (www.trenitalia.it).

By plane : the nearest airport is Amerigo Vespucci airport of Florence ; there are Galileo Galilei airport of Pisa and Guglielmo Marconi airport of Bologna , too. We will be glad to pick you up at your arrival directly at Amerigo Vespucci airport of Florence .

By car : Take the Motorway A1 (Milano-Napoli) and exit on Calenzano/Sesto Fiorentino. After a few meters take the roundabout (be careful on not to take the right direction, skipping the roundabout and reaching Carrefour supermarket, you are going in the opposite direction!) and exit on Via V. Emanuele ( few meters after Mercedes Benz dealership). Then go straight, pass the 2nd roundabout, continue straight until the 3rd roundabout and exit on Via Pratese, following the signal "Sesto Fiorentino Centro". Then go straight and at the 1st traffic light turn left into Via G.Vittorio following the signal "Circonvallazione Nord". Keep going straight, pass 2 more traffic lights (direction Colonnata-Firenze), and after the next traffic light, which is the 4th, make a right turn into Via Cesare Battisti. After 50 meters turn left into Via di Colonnata and at the nr. 34 (last gate on your right side) there is the main entrance of the Villa: a big green iron gate with two cypresses on both sides.
