• The daily rates include: use of the pool, private parking, internet access and utilities (gas, water and electricity). Air conditioning related costs ( 12 Euros per day for Il Melograno and 20 Euros per day for La Loggetta, Il Giuggiolo and Il Gelso) are to be paid separately at the time of departure.

 

• The weekly rates include: use of the pool, private parking, internet access and utilities (gas, water and electricity). Air conditioning related costs ( 12 Euros per day for Il Melograno and 20 Euros per day for La Loggetta, Il Giuggiolo and Il Gelso) and final cleaning fees (45 Euros for Il Melograno and 60 Euros for La Loggetta, Il Giuggiolo and Il Gelso) are to be paid separately at the time of departure.

 

• Additional services are available upon request, such as breakfast or dinner , and are to be paid separately at the time of departure.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

A 30% downpayment of the total stay is required when the reservation is confirmed.

• The remaining payment due for the entire stay is to be paid upon arrival.
• A deposit of 350 Euros (in cash) is required upon arrival, to be returned at the time of departure, once verification of any damage has been completed.

 

Check-in: 3.30 pm -7.30 pm.
Check-out: 10.00 am.

On request breakfast and dinner service  is available.
