The accommodations are based on 2 , 4 or 6 guests depending on the apartment that you selected. Additional guest fee: 15€/day.

Rates include use of pool, private parking, 24h/day internet access, utilities (gas, water, electricity and aircondition) and taxes.

Additional services are available upon request, such as guided tours, breakfasts, dinners and are to be paid separately at the time of departure.

LOW SEASON : March 1 - 26th; October 16th – December 20th
MIDDLE SEASON: April 6th - May 28th; August 1st - August 31st; October 1st - 15th October; December 21th - December 31th
HIGH SEASON: March 27th - April 5th; May 29th - July 31st; September 1st - September 30th

CANCELLATION POLICY AND SALES CONDITIONS

Each Booking shall be confirmed by fax or e-mail and be followed by a 30% down payment of the total stay, by bank transfer, money postal order or credit card. The remaining payment due for the entire stay is to be paid upon arrival.

We reserve the right to substitute your booked accommodation with alternative accommodation of equal value or better in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

• All cancellation/modifications made from 90 to 60 days prior to arrival due, will be subject to 30% penalty fee of the total charge.

• All cancellations/modifications made from 59 days to 40 days prior to arrival due will be subject to 50% penalty fee of the total charges.

• All cancellations/modifications made from 39 days prior to scheduled arrival and until the same day of arrival due or NO-SHOWS will be subject to 100% penalty fee of the total charges.

  We are however willing to change the penalty fee into a new booking for the same year.
