  We stayed at Villa Il Paradisino for three days in June 2008 as part of the accommodation for our 8 day walking tour through Tuscany. The location of the villa is fantastic, only 6 kms from Florence and it is set amongst five hectares covered in olive trees, fruit trees and wonderful gardens. It’s the perfect location for day trips into the surrounding Tuscan countryside. Constanza and her family are wonderful hosts. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay very special. I highly recommend the breakfast and dinners prepared by Costanza, her family and staff. There is also a guest laundry which is very, very welcomed when you are travelling. Definitely a big plus! We loved Villa Il Paradisino and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else when we next visit Florence.If you are interested in doing a walking tour through Tuscany, ask Costanza about Michelangelo. With out a doubt, the BEST walking tour guide in Italy. Now that’s a big call, but it’s true!

"My family and I stayed at Villa Il Paradisino for 1 week in July 2008. It was by far, the BEST experience any of us have ever had. All the apartments have been lovingly restored to create a traditional Tuscan feel but with the best of modern luxuries. The gardens are out of this world! Rolling green gardens with the most beautiful flowers, trees and vegetables. We had a 5 year old and a 3 year old who could roam around safely with us knowing there is no way they could escape! We ate fresh salad and vegetables from the gardens every day and cooked them in the fresh herbs we could pick from outside our patio doors. Constanza cooked us a traditional Tuscan meal and it was the best food we ever tasted! It was a total experience! The Location is PERFECT. We walked to the train station and within 10 mins we were in the centre of Florence, and Sienna and Chianti are close. Constanza and her family are the perfect hosts in every way. We just returned from a wonderful stay the Villa Paradisino. I can't say enough great things about it. It was even more beautiful than the pictures! Extremely clean, spacious and wonderful! Costanza is an excellent concierge....as well as cook, property manager--you feel like you are visiting an old friend. I highly recommend her dinners. My only regret is that I did not take a cooking class from her. We were a large family of 8--3 generations ranging from 9 to 78 years old. We stayed in Il Gelso, and had plenty of room. Everyone loved every minute of our stay. It is in a perfect location to Florence and wine country. A great respite after a day of sightseeing or shopping. Constanza var helt fantastisk. Sällan har vi mött en person så hängiven och så ärligt engagerad i sina gästers välbefinnande. Fantastisk människa, fantastiskt ställe. Tillsammans med ett par andra goda vänner kommer vi att höra av oss om besök inom snar framtid, då vi definitivt vill laga en god middag tillsammans med Constanza. Vi skall med glädje rekommendera Villa Il Paradisino till vänner som har planer att besöka Toskana.

Text: "Vi hade en fantastisk vecka på Villa il Paradisino. Tack så mycket för att ni öppnade upp er vackra gård och fick oss att känna oss varmt välkomna och som hemma. Eftersom vi var en brokig skara i olika åldrar var det lite svårt att bestämma ett resmål som alla gillar. Jag talar för alla när jag säger att vi stortrivdes allihop. Lägenheterna är otroligt vackra och charmiga på det traditionella Toskanska sättet och det var underbart att strosa runt i trädgården. Vi spenderade flera kvällar att avnjuta riktigt italienska måltider ute bland olivträden. Närheten Florens och till de vackra vindistrikten gjorde vår vecka oförglömlig! Tack ska ni ha!
